MIPIM 2024 si conferma l’appuntamento internazionale per gli attori chiave del settore.
La kermesse, che si svolgerà dal 12 al 15 marzo nella suggestiva cornice del Palais des Festivals, mira a supportare concretamente la comunità internazionale in questo processo di cambiamento, anticipando e condividendo le informazioni prospettiche e la visione dei top decision makers e favorendo la collaborazione e le sinergie strategiche. Ricca è la proposta di speech e tavole rotonde di alto livello, utili ad individuare e implementare soluzioni per migliorare l’eccellenza operativa e trovare risposte adeguate a vincere le sfide e garantire la sostenibilità del settore.
5 le tappe per lasciarsi ispirare, apprendere e incontrare la comunità internazionale. L’eccellenza operativa è la chiave per rispondere alle attuali problematiche del mercato. Verranno così presentati casi concreti in tal senso. I summit dedicati alle principali asset class, tra cui le infrastrutture, consentiranno approfondimenti e networking. Sessioni di un’ora saranno inoltre dedicate ai Data centers e alle Life sciences, alla luce dell’importante riscontro avuto l’anno scorso.
L’attenzione e l’impegno sugli aspetti ESG, restano molto forti, pertanto sono previste sessioni, della durata di un’ora, dedicate a favorire l’apprendimento e l’implementazione di soluzioni per la decarbonizzazione del Real Estate, organizzate da associazioni partner riconosciute nel settore.
Anche la creatività trova la piena espressione: lo stand di Londra e il padiglione del Regno Unito (e altri ancora) celebrano le qualità uniche delle città, mettendo in mostra le persone e le organizzazioni che creano comunità multiculturali e spazi di lavoro vivaci, trasformandole in poli internazionali di competenza creativa.
A tutto ciò si aggiungono i molteplici eventi organizzati da MIPIM che contribuiscono a offrire ai player del mercato la possibilità di espandere il proprio business e migliorare la reputation su scala globale, favorendo le connessioni con partner internazionali e locali prima, durante e dopo l’evento, e creando ampie opportunità in tutto il mondo. A cui seguirà, martedì 12 marzo, la cerimonia di apertura per tutti i partecipanti. A porte chiuse invece, il
RE-Invest Summit offrirà l’opportunità esclusiva per i fondi sovrani, i fondi pensione e assicurativi, i family office e altri detentori di capitale di discutere le strategie di investimento nel settore immobiliare nei mercati sviluppati ed emergenti. Sempre a porte a chiuse, nel pomeriggio di martedì, si terrà un vertice per i principali leader cittadini per condividere prospettive e priorità. Infine, nel pomeriggio di mercoledì 13, è previsto un evento, aperto a tutti, finalizzato alla promozione della parità di genere nel settore immobiliare, a testimonianza della grande sensibilità e del costante impegno in tema di pari opportunità.

MIPIM 2024 is confirmed as the international event for key players in the industry.
The event, which will take place from March 12 to 15 in the impressive setting of the Palais des Festivals, aims to concretely support the international community in this process of change by anticipating and sharing the perspective information and vision of top decision makers and fostering collaboration and strategic synergies.

Summits devoted to major asset classes, including infrastructure, will allow for insights and networking. One-hour sessions will also be devoted to data centers and life sciences, in light of the strong response last year.
The focus and commitment on ESG aspects remain very strong, so there will be one-hour sessions dedicated to fostering learning and implementation of solutions for decarbonizing Real Estate, organized by recognized partner associations in the field.
Creativity also finds full expression: the London stand and the UK pavilion (and others) celebrate the unique qualities of cities, showcasing the people and organizations that create multicultural communities and vibrant workspaces, transforming them into international hubs of creative expertise.
In addition, there are multiple events, organized by MIPIM, that help offer market players the chance to expand their business and improve reputation on a global scale by fostering connections with international and local partners before, during, and after the event, and creating extensive opportunities around the world.
In particular, on the pre-opening day, Monday, March 11, MIPIM will host a new half-day summit dedicated to housing in partnership with Co-Liv in response to the growing global demand for housing and the imperative to decarbonize. This will be followed by an opening ceremony for all participants on Tuesday, March 12. Behind closed doors, on the other hand, the RE-Invest Summit will provide an exclusive opportunity for sovereign wealth funds, pension and insurance funds, family offices and other equity holders to discuss real estate investment strategies in developed and emerging markets.
Also behind closed doors, a summit for key city leaders will be held on tuesday afternoon to share perspectives and priorities.
Finally, on the afternoon of wednesday 13, an event, open to all, is planned aimed at promoting gender equality in the real estate sector, a testament to the great sensitivity and ongoing commitment to equal opportunities.
